Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of 216 Echlin Blvd. located in Prattville, Alabama 36067. The property was zoned M-1 and consisted of ±  2 acres.  The building consisted of ± 11,474 S.F. of office / warehouse space.  The sales price was $350,000.00 or $30.50 / S.F.  There was also a shed consisting of ± 2,126 S.F.

SOLD – 5741 CARMICHAEL PARKWAY, MONTGOMERY, AL. NOVEMBER 11, 2019

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a ± 12,048 square foot medical office building located at 5741 Carmichael Parkway in Montgomery, Alabama. The lot size was 1.06 Acres and was zoned B-3.  The Seller was Shared Services, LLC and the Buyer was Medical Outreach Ministries.  The sales price was $250,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently sold a building located at 2031 Carter Hill Road in Montgomery, Alabama. The building was ± 1,852 square feet the lot was ± 12,800 square feet and zoned B-2.  The sales price was $106,000.00. The Seller was Margarette Parrish. The Buyer was Resonate Real Estate, LLC.
