Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently sold a building located at 2031 Carter Hill Road in Montgomery, Alabama. The building was ± 1,852 square feet the lot was ± 12,800 square feet and zoned B-2.  The sales price was $106,000.00. The Seller was Margarette Parrish. The Buyer was Resonate Real Estate, LLC.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Dr. David Franco in the sale of a ± 2,200 square foot office building located at 74100 Tallassee Highway in Wetumpka, Alabama.  The Buyer was the Montgomery Area Family Violence Program, Inc.  The sales price was $117,000.00.
