Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have transacted the sale of ± 23.8 acres located on McQueen Smith Road, Prattville, AL.  The Seller was HD&D Land, LLC.  The Buyer was Centerpoint Fellowship Church, Inc. The sales price was $1,127,000.00 ($47,353/AC.).


LEASED – OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, AL. JULY 20, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Real Estate Ventures, LLC in leasing a 3,710 S.F. office building located at 4749 Berry Boulevard, Montgomery, Alabama.  The tenant is Brazils Waxing Center, Inc.  a new company locating in Montgomery.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.  

SOLD – OFFICE BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL., JULY 10, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Avadian Credit Union in the sale of a ± 2,645 S.F. former branch office located at 2906 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery Alabama.  The buyer was CK Atlanta Hwy, LLC.  The property will be developed as a Circle K gas and convenience store facility.  The sales price was $325,000.00 ($122.87/S.F.).


SOLD – 19 ACRES IN NEW PARK, MONTGOMERY, AL. JULY 8, 2020

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently completed the sale of ± 19 Acres of vacant land located along Park Crossing Drive adjacent to the New Park Subdivision. The property is the first phase of a four (4) phase single family development.  Phase one (1) will be developed as 55 residential homes. The Buyer was SMB Land, LLC. The terms of the sale are undisclosed.
