John Stanley, CCIM has represented Jere L. Beasley, Sr. in the purchase of ± 14.06 acres located on Ray Thorington Road, Montgomery, AL.  The property is Zoned PUD - Church Use and adjoins the Deercreek Subdivision.  The sales price was $324,500.00 ($28,080.00/AC.).
