John Stanley, CCIM has represented The First Church of God in the sale of a ± 3,000 S.F. office building located at 295-301 Mendel Parkway East, Montgomery Alabama.  The buyer was Triple A T & B, LLC.  The sales price was $155,000.00 ($51.67/S.F.).


LEASED – FAMILY DOLLAR, SELMA, AL. MAY 22, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has transacted a lease between Family Dollar Stores of Alabama, LLC and Selma Retail Property, LLC at a former Rite-Aid (11,060 S.F.) located at 1018 Highland Avenue, Selma, Alabama.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed. 


SOLD – ± 8.0 AC. COMMERCIAL PROPERTY – HOOVER, AL. MAY 18, 2020

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Hoover AL Investors, LLC in the purchase of ± 8.0 acres of commercial property located at 2410 Parkway River Road, Hoover, Alabama (NE Corner of Highway 31 and Parkway Lake Drive).  The property will be developed as a first class Assisted Living Facility with Memory Care.  The purchase price for the entire property was $2,600,000.00 ($7.46/S.F.).
