Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Hoover AL Investors, LLC in the purchase of ± 8.0 acres of commercial property located at 2410 Parkway River Road, Hoover, Alabama (NE Corner of Highway 31 and Parkway Lake Drive).  The property will be developed as a first class Assisted Living Facility with Memory Care.  The purchase price for the entire property was $2,600,000.00 ($7.46/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Marion Bank & Trust Company in the leasing a ± 1,400 S.F. office space located at 1765 Platt Place, Montgomery, Alabama.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Woodmere Properties, LLC in the leasing of ± 1,975 S.F. of office space located at 4755 Woodmere Blvd., Montgomery, Alabama.  The tenant is Montgomery Metro Realty, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.  

SOLD – 2951 ZELDA ROAD, MONTGOMERY, AL. MARCH 6, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has represented MTD Holdings, LLC in the sale of a ± 4,000 S.F. office building located a 2951 Zelda Road, Montgomery, Alabama.  The buyer was ACGH, LLC.  The sales price was $250,000.00 ($62.50/S.F.).
