John Stanley, CCIM has represented Robby and Rhonda Wilbanks in the purchase of property located at 70 Bell Road, Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 10,000 S.F. retail building.  The sales price was $425,000.00 ($42.50/S.F.).
