John Stanley, CCIM has represented Diverse Holdings, LLC in the purchase of a ± 1,948 S.F. office building located at 312 Scott Street in Montgomery, Alabama.  The sales price was $160,000.00 ($82.15/S.F.).

MATTRESS, LLC in the leasing ± 18,228 S.F. of retail and warehouse space located at 6095 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL.  The space will be used as a retail bedding outlet.  Opening is planned for June 1, 2021.   The Lessor is Eastpointe, LLC.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.

Justice, et al in the sale of the former Mr. Sandman property located at 6075-6095 Atlanta Hwy., Montgomery, AL.  The building consists of 18,601 S.F. ground floor retail space plus a 13,409 S.F. upper-level storage space.  The Buyer was Eastpointe, LLC.  The sales price as $900,000.00.
