John Stanley, CCIM has represented The Alabama Board of Funeral Services in the purchase of a ±5,180 S.F. office building located at 4274 Lomac Street in Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was LOBILL, LLC.   The sales price was $432,500.00 ($83.50/S.F.).


LEASED – ± 11,338 RSF, CLASS “A” OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, AL. NOVEMBER 23, 2021

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in leasing ± 11,388 RSF of office space to Alabama AG Credit, FLCA located at Halcyon Pointe III, 7480 Halcyon Pointe Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Nim Frazer, Jr. SIOR has represented Haber Properties, LLC in leasing ± 10,633 S.F. of office space located at 2743-A Gunter Park Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is the Alabama Department of Human Resources.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
