John Stanley, CCIM has represented Jackson Hospital & Clinic, LLC in its purchase of the former Metro Fitness property located at 7150 Halcyon Park Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 17,588 S.F. fitness center on ± 2.18 acres.  The Buyer plans to refurbish and reopen the property as a fitness and wellness facility in summer of 2021.  The Seller was Garzon Properties, LLC.  The sales price for the property was $2,050,000.00 ($116.55/S.F.).


SOLD – CHURCH PROPERTY, MONTGOMERY, AL. MAY 21, 2021

John Stanley, CCIM has represented 2.42 Church, Inc. in the purchase of property located at 415 Perry Hill Road in Montgomery, Alabama.  The property consists of an existing ± 3,520 S.F. church located on ± 1.47 acres.  The Seller was Welch College.  The sales price was $225,000.00 ($63.92/S.F.).


SOLD – ± 4,330 S.F OFFICE BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL. MAY 20, 2021

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Watson & Schendell Properties, LLC in the sale of a      ± 4,330 S.F. office building located at 6765 – 6767 Taylor Circle, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Georgiana Convenience, LLC.  The cap rate was 9.1%.  The sales price was $380,000.00 ($87.76/S.F.).


SOLD – ± 19.38 ACRES, EASTCHASE LANE, MONTGOMERY, AL. MAY 12, 2021

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Grantham Land Company, LLC in the purchase of ± 19.38 acres of land along EastChase Lane in Montgomery, Alabama.  The property was zoned PUD at the time of the sale and will be developed as a gated upper end residential neighborhood.  The sales price was $667,120.00 or $34,423.00 per acre.


SOLD – VACANT BUSINESS LOT, MONTGOMERY, AL. APRIL 21, 2021
