SOLD – ± 52,250 S.F. MINI WAREHOUSE PROPERTY, PRATTVILLE, AL. MARCH 4, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented RPM- UCT, LLC, et al in the purchase of The Storage Barn located at 1795 The Exchange North, Prattville, Alabama.  The Property consists of 448 rental storage units plus exterior parking spaces for RV’s, boats and trailers on ± 5.25 acres.  The total area of the rental storage units is ± 52,250 S.F.  The Seller was Storage Barn, LLC.  The sales price was $6,700,000.00.


SOLD – ± 1.28 ACRES, PIKE ROAD, AL. FEBRUARY 18, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented McLemore Plantation, Ltd. in the sale of ± 1.28 acres located on Wallahatchee Road, Pike Road, Alabama.  The Buyer was The Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery.  The property will be developed as a well site.  The sales price was $38,400.00 ($30,000.00/AC.).


LEASED – ± 4,255 S.F. CLASS “A” OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, AL. FEBRUARY 18, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in the leasing of ± 4,255 S.F. of Class “A” office space located at Halcyon Pointe 1, 7515 Halcyon Summit Dr., Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is BXS Insurance, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed. 


SOLD – ± 31.36 ACRES, PIKE ROAD, AL. FEBRUARY 10, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mary Alma Neeley, Martha Myers and Earline Smith in the sale of ± 31.36 acres of land located at the NE corner of the Outer Loop Road and Vaughn Road in Pike Road, Alabama.  The Buyer was SAI Holding, Inc. The Property is zoned B-2.  The sales price was $1,125,000.00 ($35,873/AC.).
