Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have transacted the sale of a 2,800 S.F. office condo located at 905 So. Perry Street in Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was IP Investments, LLC and the Buyer was Billups Enterprises, LLC.  The sales price was $115,000.00 ($41.10/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Conference America, Inc. in the sale of a ±19,762 S.F. office building located at 7079 University Court in Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was The VW, LLC and will be used as the home office for The Vance Law Firm.   The sales price was $1,839,000.00 ($93.06/S.F.).


LEASED – ± 17,500 S.F. OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, AL. OCTOBER 27, 2021

Nim Frazer, Jr. SIOR has represented HABCO, LLC in leasing ± 17,500 S.F. of office space located at 2739 Gunter Park Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is the Alabama Department of Human Resources.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
