SOLD – 9190 EASTCHASE PARKWAY, Montgomery, AL – May 1, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama State Employees Credit Union (ASECU) in the purchase of an existing branch bank property located at 9190 Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Community Bank & Trust - Alabama.  The property consists of a 6,538 S.F. bank building on a 43,707 S.F. lot.  The sales price is undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented J. Paul Bailey in the sale of 227 Madison Ave., Montgomery, AL. The Buyer was Robert B. Leavell. The sales price was $250,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mitylene Development, Inc. in the sale of two (2) office lots located on Mitylene Park Lane, Montgomery, AL. Both lots will be developed as a 8,098 S.F. medical office facility by Dr. Ashley McIntyre, D/B/A East Montgomery Family Medicine. The sales price was $269,435.30 ($7.25/S.F.).
