Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented Steve Arnberg in the sale of a ± 1,000 S.F. office condo located at 2800 Zelda Road, Suite 200-8.  The Buyer was Robert Roberts.  The sales price was $70,000.

SOLD – OFFICE/WAREHOUSE, MONTGOMERY, AL – May 29, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM and Lee Meriwether, CCIM have represented Thompson Tractor Company, Inc. in the sale of an office/warehouse property located at 2217 So. Forbes Dr., fronting North Boulevard.  The building is ± 2,189 S.F. and the lot is ± 2.37 Ac. The sales price was $185,000.  The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.

SOLD – OUTPARCEL ON TAYLOR ROAD, MONTGOMERY, AL- MAY 12, 2015

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Premier Holdings, LLC in the purchase of an outparcel fronting Taylor Road.  The outparcel is a part of the Publix anchored shopping center called Cornerstone.  The site was ± 1.54 acres and sold for $805,000.00 ($12.00/S.F).  The site will be developed as a new Burger King restaurant.

SOLD –2001 EAST BOULEVARD, MONTGOMERY, AL - MAY 11, 2015

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented SNS – Montgomery Real Estate, LLC in the sale of a ± 45,000 S.F. retail furniture store located at 2001 East Boulevard, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Royal Trading, Inc. The sales price was $790,000.00 ($17.56/S.F.).
