John Stanley, CCIM has represented CSB Alabama CRE Holdings, LLC in the sale of an office building located at 3084 Woodley Road, Montgomery, Alabama.  The building is ± 1,926 S.F. and the sales price was $120,000.00 ($62.30/S.F.)  The Buyer is Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary Social Club.

SOLD - ± 25.7 AC., TAYLOR ROAD, MONTGOMERY, AL – DECEMBER 15, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Church of The Highlands in its purchase of ± 25.7 acres on Taylor Road for its future Montgomery campus.  The Seller was Alfa Properties, Inc.  The sales price was $3,000,000.00 ($116,650/Ac.).

LEASED – ±8,875 RSF, OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA – DECEMBER 14, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in the leasing of ± 8,875 RSF of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe III.  The tenant is Alpha II, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented LN Management, LLC in the purchase of an office condominium located at 3184 Parliament Circle, Montgomery, AL.  The unit consists of 1,225 S.F. and the sales price was $135,000 ($110.20/S.F.).
