Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented DLR Associates, LLC, on the purchase of a ±25,600 square foot vacant lot located on Carter Hill Road.  The Seller was Vaughn H. Robinson Trust.  The sales price was $155,000.00.  The property is zoned B-4 and will be developed as a Goo Goo Car Wash.

LEASED – 14,535 RSF, CAPITOL COMMERCE CENTER, MONTGOMERY, AL – OCTOBER 27, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM AND Lee Meriwether, CCIM have represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in leasing an additional 14,535 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center to HP Enterprise Services, LLC.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.

LEASED – ATLANTA HIGHWAY, MONTGOMERY, AL - OCTOBER 16, 2015

Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented Premier Holdings, LLC in a long term ground lease located on the Atlanta Highway in a development called Perry Hill Crossing that is currently under development.  The site will be developed as a Burger King restaurant.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
