Both properties were formerly occupied by Pickwick Antiques located on a ± 41,815 S.F. lot and zoned B-2. The primary building located at 3851 Interstate Ct. is ± 7,424 S.F. A secondary building located at 3808 Elmdale Rd. is ±1,608 S.F. The Buyer was Georgiana Convenience, LLC. The sales price was $625,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented J P Premier Enterprises, LLC in the sale of a ± 10,500 S.F. building located at 3300 East Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The building was originally developed as an Ethan Allen Furniture Store.   It was later sold and used as the home-office for one of the largest Burger King franchisees in the country.   This latest buyer will redevelop it as a Gerber Collision Center.  The Property sold for $895,000.00 or $85.24/S.F.
