Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a church building and ± 2.64 acres of land located at 645 Coliseum Boulevard, Montgomery, AL. The sales price was $350,000.00. The Seller was All Saints Episcopal Church and the Buyer was Kingdom Seekers Worship Center.
