John Stanley, CCIM has represented The Alabama Board of Funeral Services in the purchase of a ±5,180 S.F. office building located at 4274 Lomac Street in Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was LOBILL, LLC.   The sales price was $432,500.00 ($83.50/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in leasing ± 11,388 RSF of office space to Alabama AG Credit, FLCA located at Halcyon Pointe III, 7480 Halcyon Pointe Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
