John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Dan H. Broughton Family Partnership, Ltd. in the sale of a ±43,306 S.F. lot located at the corner of Vaughn Road and Leavell Circle (Melrose Village) Montgomery, AL.  The lot is zoned B-3 and will be developed for office use and a free-standing Ellianos Coffee.  The Buyer was POS Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $350,000.00 ($8.08/S.F.).


SOLD – OFFICE BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL. MARCH 29, 2023

John Stanley, CCIM has represented NUCO Investments, LLC in the sale of a ±43,130 S.F. office building on ± 6.22 acres located at 4525 Executive Park Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Three Fold Properties II, LLC.  The sales price was $1,900,000.00 ($44.05/S.F.).


SOLD – QSR PROPERTY, MONTGOMERY, AL. MARCH 20, 2023

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mitzi Lane Holladay in the sale of a former Arby’s restaurant located at 3853 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, Alabama.  The property consists of a ± 1,837 S.F. building on a ± 30,250 S.F. lot.  The Buyer was Hui Xing, Inc.  The sales price was $382,500.00 ($208.22/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Georgiana Convenience, LLC in leasing ± 2,160 S.F. of office space located at 1763 Taliaferro Trail, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Avondale and Associates Psychological Services, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
