John Stanley, CCIM has represented J&R Enterprises, LLC in the sale of a 6,000 S.F. office building located at 3430 – 3436 Kessinger Drive.  The Buyer is Hazrat Omar Islamic Center, Inc.  The sales price was $320,000.00 ($53.33/S.F.). 

SOLD - DOWNTOWN PROPERTIES, MONTGOMERY, AL. MAY 25, 2018

Mark Dauber has represented John Tampa, D/B/A Montgomery Water Works, LLC, in the purchase of 22 Bibb Street known as the historic Murphy House (± 14,400 S.F.) and 116 Coosa Street (± 56,000 S.F.).  The Seller was The Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery.  The sales price was $2,400,000.00.  Both properties will soon be renovated as a five-star “boutique hotel” and “destination restaurant”.
