John Stanley, CCIM, has represented The Heritage River Town, LLC in the purchase of a ± 1.41 acre parcel located at RIVER TOWN CENTER, Wetumpka, AL.  The parcel will be developed as a GOAT Bar and Grill, a modern sports bar.  The sales price was $429,937.00 ($7.00/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM, has recently completed the Sale of the former Paulk’s Transmission property located at 1810 Mt. Meigs Road, Montgomery, AL.  The sales price was $120,000.00, which included most of the furniture, fixtures and shop equipment.
