John Stanley, CCIM has represented J&R Enterprises, LLC in the sale of a 6,000 S.F. office building located at 3430 – 3436 Kessinger Drive.  The Buyer is Hazrat Omar Islamic Center, Inc.  The sales price was $320,000.00 ($53.33/S.F.). 

SOLD - DOWNTOWN PROPERTIES, MONTGOMERY, AL. MAY 25, 2018

Mark Dauber has represented John Tampa, D/B/A Montgomery Water Works, LLC, in the purchase of 22 Bibb Street known as the historic Murphy House (± 14,400 S.F.) and 116 Coosa Street (± 56,000 S.F.).  The Seller was The Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery.  The sales price was $2,400,000.00.  Both properties will soon be renovated as a five-star “boutique hotel” and “destination restaurant”. 

SOLD - ± 1.34 AC. LOT, MILLBROOK AL. MAY 17, 2018

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a ± 1.34 Acre commercial lot located along South Edgewood Drive in Millbrook, AL.   The lot was zoned C-2.  The sales price was $40,000.00

LEASED - ± 4,745 S.F. OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, AL., MAY 11, 2018

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Home Builder’s Self Insurers Fund in leasing ± 4,745 S.F. of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe I, 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive.  The tenant is Alabama Tax Tribunal.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Paul J. Spina, Jr. in the sale of an office / warehouse building located at 1064 Monticello Park.  The building contains ± 4,954 S.F. of office space and ± 1,500 S.F. of warehouse space.  The Buyer is Auburn Pride Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $300,000.00 ($46.48/S.F.).
