John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in leasing an additional ± 2,981 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center, Montgomery, AL. With this expansion, Hancock Bank will occupy 62,594 RSF at Capitol Commerce Center. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented 1130 Emory Folmar Blvd., LLC in the sale of a ± 27,300 S.F. office/warehouse property located at 1130 Emory Folmar Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of ± 4,268 S.F. of office and ± 23,032 S.F. of warehouse area on ± 4.17 acres.  The Buyer was 639 N. Dupre, LLC.  The sales price was $950,000.00 ($34.80/S.F.).
