John Stanley, CCIM has represented Sunset Properties, Inc. in the sale of an investment property located at 941-969 Lagoon Business Loop, Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of an 11,798 S.F. office/warehouse building on a 36,004 S.F. lot.  The sales price was $250,000.00.  The Buyer is Capital Real Estate Holdings, LLC.

John Stanley, CCIM AND Lee Meriwether, CCIM have represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in leasing an additional 14,535 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center to HP Enterprise Services, LLC.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.
