Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the Sale of  a ± 4,930 S.F. Office Building located at 4130 Wall Street, Montgomery, AL 36106.  The sales price was $320,000.00. The Sellers were Philip and Anne Festoso and the Buyer was T.A.A.M. Holdings, LLC.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently completed the Sale of  a ± 8,824 square foot Medical Office Building located at 4154 Carmichael Road, Montgomery, AL. 36106. The Seller was Carmichael Real Properties, LLC and the Buyer was NCM Real Estate, LLC.  The sales price was $1,100,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM  recently completed  a long term lease transaction for an ± 11,500 S.F. office/warehouse space located at 584 Oliver Road in Montgomery, AL.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
