John Stanley, CCIM has represented Seraaj Properties, LLC in the sale of a ± 20,760 S.F. office lot located at 425 Cotton Gin Road, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Raymond Boykin, Jr.  The sales price was $83,040.00 ($4.00/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Georgiana Convenience, LLC in the purchase of a 5,993 S.F. professional office building located at 4751 – 4759 Woodmere Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Woodmere Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $560,000.00 ($93.45/S.F.).
