John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in the leasing of ± 3,852 RSF of Class “A” office space located at Halcyon Pointe I, 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed. 


SOLD –MELROSE VILLAGE LOT, 8428 VAUGHN ROAD, MONTGOMERY, AL. APRIL 6, 2023

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Dan H. Broughton Family Partnership, Ltd. in the sale of a ±43,306 S.F. lot located at the corner of Vaughn Road and Leavell Circle (Melrose Village) Montgomery, AL.  The lot is zoned B-3 and will be developed for office use and a free-standing Ellianos Coffee.  The Buyer was POS Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $350,000.00 ($8.08/S.F.).
