John Stanley, CCIM has represented MJG Real Estate Holdings, LLC in the purchase of a ± 6,088 S.F. office building located on ± 4.79 acres at 9750 Vaughn Road, Pike Road, AL.  The Buyer is MJG Real Estate Holdings, LLC and the Seller was Liberty Bank and Trust. The Buyer will remodel the existing building for use as a small animal vet clinic.  The sales price was $825,000.00.
