John Stanley, CCIM has represented MJG Real Estate Holdings, LLC in the purchase of a ± 6,088 S.F. office building located on ± 4.79 acres at 9750 Vaughn Road, Pike Road, AL.  The Buyer is MJG Real Estate Holdings, LLC and the Seller was Liberty Bank and Trust. The Buyer will remodel the existing building for use as a small animal vet clinic.  The sales price was $825,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have sold a ± 2,854 S.F. office building located at 433 St. Lukes Drive.   The Seller was Alabama State Employees Credit Union and the Buyer is Waites, LLC. The sales price was $200,000.00 ($70.08/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Karla Boles Properties, LLC in a long-term lease for ± 2,800 S.F. of office space located at 1294 East Main Street in Prattville, AL.  The tenant is Copeland Security Group, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
