The Buyer was Gipson Enterprises, L.L.C. for the development of a Gipson Auto Tire Service facility. The sales price was $450,000.00 ($7.65/S.F.).



LEASED – 635 EAST BLVD., Montgomery, AL – October 21, 2013

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Courtesy Automotive Group, Inc. in the leasing of a ± 2,050 building plus parking lot at 635 East Blvd. in Montgomery, AL to BFM Transportation, LLC. The property will be used as a Hertz rental car facility beginning December, 2013. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.



SOLD – ± 14.24 Ac., Cobbs Ford Rd., Prattville, AL – October 18, 2013

John C. Stanley, CCIM has represented PSB Credit Services, Inc. in the sale of a 14.24 acre parcel of land located on Cobbs Ford Rd., Prattville, AL. The Buyer was Brewbaker Properties, LLC. The sales price for the entire property was $900,000.00.



SOLD – .79 Ac., Ann St., Montgomery, AL – September 24, 2013

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Ann Dees in the sale of a 34,412 S.F. lot located at the corner of Ann St. and Locust St. The Buyer was Speedy Development USA, LP and the lot will be developed as a Speedy Cash loan facility. The property is zoned B-3Q. The sales price was $500,000  ($14.53/S.F.).



LEASED – 1,500 S.F. RESTAURANT SPACE, Montgomery, AL – September 3, 2013

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Looking East, LLC in a lease transaction with Son Van for an Asian Restaurant to be located at 7968 Atlanta Hwy. The new restaurant will open in October, 2013.
