John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Dan Broughton Family Partnership in the sale of a 31,278 S.F. commercial lot located on Vaughn Road, adjacent to CVS. The Buyer was Dr. Lewis T. Benefield who plans to develop the property as a vet clinic. The sales price was $281,500 ($9.00/S.F.).

Mark Dauber has represented F&A Realty Montgomery, Ltd. in the sale of the Bell Building located at 201 Montgomery St. in downtown Montgomery, AL. The building consists of approximately 120,000 S.F. of office space. The Buyer plans to renovate the property as a residential development. The Buyer was MAL, LP and the sales price was $3,125,000.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented PowerSouth Energy Cooperative in the purchase of 1.00 acres located on Park Crossing. The property will be used by PowerSouth as a portion of a larger parcel for a power substation. The Seller was Thorington Road Properties, LLC. The terms of the sale are undisclosed.
