SOLD – OUTPARCEL ON TAYLOR ROAD, MONTGOMERY, AL- MAY 12, 2015

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Premier Holdings, LLC in the purchase of an outparcel fronting Taylor Road.  The outparcel is a part of the Publix anchored shopping center called Cornerstone.  The site was ± 1.54 acres and sold for $805,000.00 ($12.00/S.F).  The site will be developed as a new Burger King restaurant.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented SNS – Montgomery Real Estate, LLC in the sale of a ± 45,000 S.F. retail furniture store located at 2001 East Boulevard, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Royal Trading, Inc. The sales price was $790,000.00 ($17.56/S.F.).

Mark Dauber has represented WH Capital, LLC in the sale of a former Waffle House located at 4117 Troy Hwy.  The sales price was $75,000.00.  The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.
