SOLD - ± 25.7 AC., TAYLOR ROAD, MONTGOMERY, AL – DECEMBER 15, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Church of The Highlands in its purchase of ± 25.7 acres on Taylor Road for its future Montgomery campus.  The Seller was Alfa Properties, Inc.  The sales price was $3,000,000.00 ($116,650/Ac.).

SOLD – CAR WASH, PRATTVILLE, AL – November 17, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM and Lee Meriwether, CCIM have represented CSB Alabama CRE Holdings, LLC in the sale of an operating self-service car wash facility (Tidal Wave Car Wash) located at 1850 Alabama Hwy. 14, Prattville, AL.  The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.  The sales price was $375,000.00.

LEASED – ATLANTA HIGHWAY, MONTGOMERY, AL - OCTOBER 16, 2015

Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented Premier Holdings, LLC in a long term ground lease located on the Atlanta Highway in a development called Perry Hill Crossing that is currently under development.  The site will be developed as a Burger King restaurant.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

SOLD – APARTMENT COMPLEX, MONTGOMERY, AL – August 7, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM has represented FP-VG1, LLC and FP-VG2, LLC in the sale of the Village Green Apartments located at 101 So. Burbank Dr., Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of 337 multi-family units on 27.25 acres of land.  The Seller was Village Green, LLC.  The sales price was $11,275,000.00 ($33,450/unit).
