John Stanley, CCIM has represented Carter Properties, Ltd. in the sale of a property located at 2901 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The building is 3,470 S.F. located on a 1.1 acre site zoned B-2. The Buyer is Drive Zone, LLC. The sales price was $175,000.00.
