SOLD – BISHOP-PARKER BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL – MAY 16, 2016

Mark Dauber has represented Montgomery DT Hospitality, LLC in its purchase of the iconic 100-year-old building, Bishop-Parker Furniture Company property, located at 152 Coosa Street, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer plans to redevelop the property for hotel use.  The building consists of approximately 80,000 S.F. and is located directly across from Riverfront Stadium.  The terms of the sale are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Renasant Bank in the sale of a 4.061 acre parcel located at 1355 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is Cook Out-Montgomery, Inc.  A portion of the property will be developed as a Cook Out Restaurant.  The sales price was $525,000.00.

SOLD – ±1.49 AC., ATLANTA HWY., MONTGOMERY, AL – MARCH 31, 2016

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Cotton Field Place, LLC in the sale of a ±1.49 ac. parcel located at the corner of Atlanta Hwy. (U.S. Hwy. 80) and Arrowhead Dr. South to The Broadway Group, LLC.  The sales price was $325,180.00 ($5.00/S.F.).  The property will be developed as a Dollar General retail facility.
