The Buyer was Renasant Bank and the Seller was East Montgomery Properties, L.L.C.

Mark Dauber has represented Merry Corner, LLC in the sale of a 3.7 Ac. Parcel fronting Vaughn Road at a price of $485,000.00. The buyer was The Broadway Group, LLC who will develop a portion of the property as a Dollar General. This new retail facility will complement the existing CVS store located at the corner of Vaughn Road and Pike Road.

LEASED – Retail Space, Montgomery, AL – December 12, 2012

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Carmichael Retail Center in a lease transaction with Elizabeth A. Campbell for a Yoga Workout Center. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
