John Stanley, CCIM has represented Earlon and Betty McWhorter in the sale of a 1.12 acre outparcel located in front of Lowe's on U.S. Hwy 231 North in Wetumpka, AL. The Buyer was Guardian Credit Union. The sales price was $425,000 ($8.71/S.F.).
