John Stanley, CCIM has represented Linda Jackson in the sale of a 4,330 S.F. office building located at 6765 6767 Taylor Circle. The Buyer was Watson & Schendell Properties, LLC. The sales price was $350,000 ($80.83/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Ann Dees in the sale of a 34,412 S.F. lot located at the corner of Ann St. and Locust St. The Buyer was Speedy Development USA, LP and the lot will be developed as a Speedy Cash loan facility. The property is zoned B-3Q. The sales price was $500,000  ($14.53/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Ag Credit in the sublease of 7,797 rentable S.F. of office space located at Lakeview Center, Montgomery, AL. The sublessor was Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. The terms of the sublease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented AP Montgomery, L.L.C. in the purchase of a ± 10.37 acre parcel of land located on Chantilly Parkway, just off I-85 at Exit 11. The property will be developed as a 13- screen Carmike Cinemas. The Seller was Trum, L.L.C. The sales price was $1,845,795 ($4.10/S.F.).
