The Seller was Walton Hill Properties, LLC and the Buyer was WF-FD Master Lease II, LLC. The property will be developed as a Family Dollar retail store facility. The sales price was $100,000 ($1.88/S.F.).

  Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented J P Premier Enterprises, LLC in the sale of a ± 10,500 S.F. building located at 3300 East Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The building was originally developed as an Ethan Allen Furniture Store.   It was later sold and used as the home-office for one of the largest Burger King franchisees in the country.   This latest buyer will redevelop it as a Gerber Collision Center.  The Property sold for $895,000.00 or $85.24/S.F.
