John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in the leasing of ± 24,563 RSF of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe III.  The tenant is Equian, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.



SOLD – OFFICE BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL – JUNE 30, 2016

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Dr. Zack Studstill in the sale of a 1,465 S.F. dental office located at 1556 E. Trinity Blvd., Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was KHT Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $75,000.00 ($51.20/S.F.).

The building had 7 service bays, the lot size was ± 31,775 S.F. and the property was zoned B-2. The Buyer was Overton Properties, LLC and the sales price was $425,000.00 or $81.14/S.F.
