Mark Dauber has represented Ray W. Scott, Jr. in the sale of ± 25 acres of land located at the NE corner of I-65 and Tyson Road, Lowndes County, AL.  The Buyer was Research Holdings, LLC, d/b/a Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, Inc. The sales price was $650,000.00 ($26,000/acre).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Wilkinson Properties, LLC in a long-term lease transaction located at 1784 Taliaferro Trail, Montgomery, Alabama.  The terms of the lease agreement are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in the sale of a ± 7.55 ac. parcel located at the corner Capitol Commerce Blvd. and TechnaCenter Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The property is zoned for office use.  The Buyer is Local Government Health Insurance Board.  The sales price was $987,036.63 ($3.00 / S.F.).
