John Stanley, CCIM has represented Renasant Bank in the sale of a 4.061 acre parcel located at 1355 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is Cook Out-Montgomery, Inc.  A portion of the property will be developed as a Cook Out Restaurant.  The sales price was $525,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Bankers Association in the sale of its former office building located at 534 Adams Avenue.  The Buyer is School Superintendents of Alabama.  The sales price was $550,000.00 ($50.08/S.F.).
