Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have represented Boyd Investments, LLC in the sale of a 1.35 Ac. lot located on Chantilly Parkway, Montgomery, AL, adjacent to the Pub Restaurant. The Buyer was Gipson Enterprises, L.L.C. for the development of a Gipson Auto Tire Service facility. The sales price was $450,000.00 ($7.65/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Earlon and Betty McWhorter in the sale of a 1.12 acre outparcel located in front of Lowe's on U.S. Hwy 231 North in Wetumpka, AL. The Buyer was Guardian Credit Union. The sales price was $425,000 ($8.71/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM represented the law firm of Gilpin Givhan, P.C. in the renewal of its lease of  16,685 RSF of Class “A” office space at Lakeview Center, Montgomery, AL. The terms and conditions of the lease renewal are undisclosed.
