The building consists of approximately 120,000 S.F. of office space. The Buyer plans to renovate the property as a residential development. The Buyer was MAL, LP and the sales price was $3,125,000.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Cadles Butler Plaza, LLC in the sale of a 90,342 S.F. Shopping Center located on Al. Hwy 245 Bypass, Greenville, AL. The Buyer was Chen's First Property, LLC. The sales price was $1,550,000 at a 12.6 cap rate.



SOLD – 30.06 Ac., Chapel Rd., Wetumpka, AL– February 26, 2014

John Stanley, CCIM has represented AmeriFirst Bank in the sale of two (2) parcels of land totaling 30.06 acres located on Chapel Road and Gossom Switch Road, Wetumpka, AL. Both parcels are adjacent to the existing Chapel Lakes Apartments and both are zoned R-4 (multi-family). The Buyer is Chapel Lakes Two, LLC. The sales price was $600,000 ($19,953/Ac.)



SOLD – 1.00 Ac., Park Crossing, Montgomery, AL – February 25, 2014

John Stanley, CCIM has represented PowerSouth Energy Cooperative in the purchase of 1.00 acres located on Park Crossing. The property will be used by PowerSouth as a portion of a larger parcel for a power substation. The Seller was Thorington Road Properties, LLC. The terms of the sale are undisclosed.
