John Stanley, CCIM has represented Automotive Enterprises, Inc. in the sale of 267 East Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  Formerly a Midas Muffler facility, the property consists of a ± 4,921 S.F. building located on .53 acres.  The Buyer was Ingram Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $461,450.00 ($93.77/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented The City of Montgomery in leasing± 11,150 S.F. of office space to The Montgomery County Commission at One Dexter Plaza, Montgomery, AL.  The space will be used for the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented A.J. McLemore Development Properties, LLC in the sale of 3.78 acres located at the corner of Atlanta Hwy. (U.S. Hwy 80) and South Arrowhead Dr.  The Buyer was Dixie Electric Cooperative.  The sales price was $300,000 ($1.82/S.F.).



SOLD – 4.97 Acres, OFFICE/WAREHOUSE, Prattville, AL - May 15, 2014

John Stanley, CCIM and Nim Frazer, SIOR have represented Rauls and Tonita Romero in the sale of a ± 10,200 S.F. office/warehouse property located on ± 4.97 acres of land at 367 G&S Road, Prattville, AL.  The property is zoned for llight manufacturing use and will be used in the manufacture of mobile utility buildings.  The sales price was $400,000.00 ($39.22/S.F.).
