Class “A” office building, a ± 5,300 S.F. office/warehouse, with on-site parking, including a 360 space parking garage and is located on ± 17.34 acres. 

 

The Buyer of the property is Alfa Mutual Insurance Company and was represented by Deborah McGill Smith, SIOR and William Ledbetter with Cushman & Wakefield/EGS Commercial Real Estate.
