John Stanley, CCIM has represented C P Properties, LLC in leasing ± 7,975 RSF of Class “A” office space located at 6925 Halcyon Park Drive, Montgomery, AL. to Enterprise Leasing Company – South Central, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.  

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have sold ± 31.05 acres located on Park Crossing Drive at New Park.  The property will be developed as Phase IV of the Jubilee subdivision.  The Seller was  New Park Development Company, LLC and the Buyer is SMB Land, LLC. The Sales price was $776,500.00 ($25,000.00/AC.).

Z-TEC Convenience Store/gas station with end-cap restaurants. In addition, a free standing ±6,500 S.F. GOAT Bar & Grill will be developed.  The sales price was $2,456,885.00 ($14.00/S.F.).  

Lee Meriwether, CCIM, recently represented Khairo Luxe Hotels, LLC,  in the purchase of 2.14 acres of land along Rocky Mount Road in Prattville, AL.  The site is North of Bass Pro Shops and also adjoins I-65.  The site will be developed as a Motel.  The Sales price was $749,400.00 ($8.04/S.F.).
