This location will serve as Renasant Bank’s second location in the Montgomery market. The size of the parcel is 58,894 S.F. and the sales price was $515,322.50 ($8.75/S.F.). The Buyer was Renasant Bank and the Seller was East Montgomery Properties, L.L.C.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Kirkland Enterprises in the sale of a 10,000 S.F. office building located at 4719 Woodmere Blvd. The sales price was $900,000.00 or $90.00/S.F. The building will be owned and occupied by The Alabama West Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church.
