John Stanley, CCIM has represented Jungle Ventures, LLC in the purchase of the former Liberty Bank & Trust Company branch located at 3900 Eastdale Circle, Montgomery, AL.  The sales price was $280,000.00. 

John Stanley, CCIM, has represented Marshall/Teel Properties, LLC, in the sale of an office building located at 5911-5925 Monticello Drive, Montgomery, AL. The property consists of a ± 7,891 S.F. office building on a .84 acre parcel. The property is zoned B-2.  The Buyer is T & C Rehab, LLC. The sales price was $560,000.00 ($70.97/S.F.). 

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in the leasing of ± 24,563 RSF of Class “A” office space located at Halcyon Pointe III, 7480 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Tenant is Hancock Whitney Bank.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.  

Lee Meriwether, CCIM, has recently completed the Sale of the former Paulk’s Transmission property located at 1810 Mt. Meigs Road, Montgomery, AL.  The sales price was $120,000.00, which included most of the furniture, fixtures and shop equipment.

John Stanley, CCIM, with John Stanley & Associates, Inc. has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in the sale of Capitol Commerce Center, 100 Capitol Commerce Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 220,000 S.F. Class “A” office building, a ± 5,300 S.F. office/warehouse, with on-site parking, including a 360 space parking garage and is located on ± 17.34 acres. 

 

The Buyer of the property is Alfa Mutual Insurance Company and was represented by Deborah McGill Smith, SIOR and William Ledbetter with Cushman & Wakefield/EGS Commercial Real Estate.
