Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Parker Properties, LLC in the sale of three (3) separate office buildings, located at 4750, 4754 and 4758 Woodmere Boulevard in Montgomery, Alabama. The square footage of all three (3) buildings was ± 8,000 S.F.  The Buyer was J.C. Federal Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $225,000.00 ($28.13/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in leasing ± 4,801 S.F. of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe I, 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive.  The tenant is Progressive Casualty Insurance Co.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Charles E. Herron, Jr. in the purchase of ± 79.8 acres located on Grandview Road, Millbrook, AL.  The Seller was the City of Millbrook, AL.  The property will be developed by Stone Martin Builders as a single-family residential subdivision.  The sales price was $995,904.00 ($12,480.00/AC.).

John Stanley, CCIM and Betsy Echols with Realty Central have represented Tom and Janet McKinnon in the sale of ± 41.6 acres including a ± 4,200 S.F. antebellum home located at 2810 Tanglewood Drive, Millbrook, AL.  The Buyers are Griff and Katherine Bridell.  The sales price was $240,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Caddell Construction Company, LLC in leasing ± 43,469 S.F. of Class “A” office space located in the RSA Dexter Avenue Building, Montgomery, AL.  The space will serve as the location of Caddell Construction’s home office.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Smith / Packett Med-Com, LLC in the purchase of ± 7.81 Acres of land located along Eastchase Lane in Montgomery, Alabama. The site will be developed as a very upscale Assisted Living Facility.  The sales price was $1,952,500.00 or ($5.74/S.F.).
