Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale a ± 15,188 S.F., two story office building located at 428 So. Perry Street in Montgomery, Alabama. The sales price was $225,000.00.  After substantial renovations the building will become the new home for Legal Services of Alabama, Inc.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Waffle House, Inc. in the purchase of a 38,247 S.F. lot located on Vaughn Road in Pike Road, Alabama.  The sales price was $235,750.00 ($6.16/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented attorney James Hampton in a lease transaction with Trellis Behavior and Learning Solutions, LLC for ± 3,745 square feet of office space located at 4241 Lomac Street, in Montgomery, Alabama.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Cobalt Realty, LLC in a lease transaction with Pou Family Medicine, LLC for ± 3,032 square feet of office space located at 4770 Woodmere Blvd., Suite B in Montgomery, Alabama.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented First Community Bank of Central Alabama in the sale of a ± 1.3 Acre lot fronting Highway 14 in Millbrook, Alabama. The site is adjacent to Rural Urgent Care and will be developed as a Taco Bell – the first in the Millbrook area.  The sales price was $485,000.00. 

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of 216 Echlin Blvd. located in Prattville, Alabama 36067. The property was zoned M-1 and consisted of ±  2 acres.  The building consisted of ± 11,474 S.F. of office / warehouse space.  The sales price was $350,000.00 or $30.50 / S.F.  There was also a shed consisting of ± 2,126 S.F.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Kirkland Enterprises, LLC in leasing ± 3,500 S.F. of medical office space located at 128 Mitylene Park Lane, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is HMMG, LLC, d/b/a The Hughston Clinic.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Branch Banking and Trust Company in the sale of a former branch bank located at 3390 AL. Hwy. 14 in Millbrook, Alabama.  The building consists of ± 5,679 S.F. and the lot is ± 1.55 AC.  The property is zoned C-1 (Commercial).  The sales price was $504,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Alabama Power Company in the sale of an industrial property located at 2460 East Fifth Street in Montgomery, Alabama.  The property consists of ± 7 acres of land, ± 42,500 S.F. of buildings and a One and a half-ton crane.  The property was zoned M-1.  The sales price was $500,000.00.  The Buyer was JMP Enterprises, Inc.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Mike and Todd Chambers in the sale of their former Chambers Furniture location at 6021 and 6031 Troy Highway in Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Bowen Properties II, LLC.  The property consists of approximately 6 acres and a ± 25,000 S.F. building.  The property will be used as an expansion for ServPro.  The sales price was $800,000.00.
