Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently sold a ± 2,500 S.F. office building located at 5795 Carmichael Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was the William J. Cook Revocable Trust, and the Buyer was CP Corner, LLC.  The Sales price was $169,000.00.  The building was vacant at the time of the sale.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investment, LLC in the sale of a ± 30,095 S.F. lot located on Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was DG Montgomery, LLC.  The lot will be developed as a Guthrie’s Chicken Restaurant. The sales price was $481,520.00 ($16.00/S.F.).

The sales price was $925,000.00 or $15.58/usable S.F. for ± 59,377 S.F.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a ± 9,800 S.F. office building located at 842 – 844 Peachtree Street, Prattville, Alabama.  The building was fully leased with a seven (7) year lease.  The Sales Price was $995,000.00 or $101.53/S.F.

Murfee Trust and Ferry Cut, Ltd. in the sale of ± 232 acres located on U.S. Hwy. 82, Prattville, Alabama.  The Buyer was FRA l, LLC, et al.  The Buyer intends to develop the Property as a mixed-use healthcare and residential project.  The sales price was $3,029,030.00 ($13,056/AC.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Avadian Credit Union in the sale of ± 2.31 Acres located at 4135 and 4143 Atlanta Highway in Montgomery, AL.  The Property was zoned B-2.  There were two (2) buildings on the Property that will be demolished for a new development.  The Property sold for $650,000.00 or $6.46/S.F.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented McLemore Plantation, Ltd. in the sale of ± 100 acres located on Wallahatchie Road, Pike Road, Alabama.  The Buyer was The Town of Pike Road Board of Education.   The sales price was $1,450,000.00 ($14,500/AC.).
